practical insights, and helpful tips/tools to navigate this journey with grace, resilience, and increased well-being. (See File) I had great fun creating it! I hope you have fun reading it and puting it into practice. Creating new habits can be difficult, but using these few steps might just make it easier - be kind to yourself! YOU CAN DO IT, and menopause gets easier! Believe me, it does!

1. Start small: Focus on making tiny, achievable changes rather than setting overly ambitious goals. This way, the habit becomes more manageable and sustainable.

2. Be consistent: Establish a regular routine by dedicating a specific time each day to practice your new habit. Consistency is key to forming lasting habits.

3. Set clear goals: Define specific, measurable objectives that you aim to achieve with your new habit. Having clear goals will help keep you motivated and on track.

4. Track your progress: Keep a record of your daily activities/eating patterns and sometimes your symptoms and emotional well being too. This can be done through journals, habit tracking apps, or simple checklists to visually see how far you've come.

  • Habitica: An app that turns habit-building into a game, where you create an avatar, set tasks, and earn rewards for completing them.

  • Strides: Allows you to track any goal or habit, providing various tracking options like targets, averages, milestones, and more to help you stay on top of your progress.

  • Todoist: While primarily a to-do list app, Todoist also offers habit-tracking features, allowing you to set recurring tasks and track your consistency over time.

  • Loop: A simple and intuitive habit tracker that lets you set daily, weekly, or custom schedules for your habits, with a visual calendar to monitor your progress.

  • Streaks: Focuses on helping you build a streak of consecutive days for each habit, with customizable reminders and a sleek interface to keep you motivated to maintain your streaks.

5. Stay motivated: Find ways to stay inspired and committed to your habit. (keep sharing your "wins" on our Private Facebook Group Menopause Coach Loma - I will constantly share other relevant detail here too!) This could involve rewards for meeting milestones, sharing your progress with a friend (US! your new community!), or visualizing the benefits of sticking to your new routine. Remember, habits take time to develop, so be patient and kind to yourself throughout the process.

Make sure to take deep breaths and remember to drink plenty of water! Especially if you are in the UAE!
